Note: Press clipping, dated February 24, 1866 -- "A lot of ground measuring 32' 8" front on Conti Street by a depth of 159' 10" 3''' and 31' 7" 3''' on the rear between Chartres and Levee streets, together with a handsome two story brick house, having a store on the ground floor and on the second story a parlor, dining room, two large bedrooms divided from the dining room by a hall leading from the back gallery, which is glazed, to the parlor in front; balconies on the street and in the yard, and an unfinished attic, with a well-finished staircase. Another large two story brick building in the yard adjoining and communicating to the house by a balcony of the whole length of said building, which contains three rooms on the ground and four rooms on the upper story. Another large two story brick building, of the whole width of the lot, having a stable and coach house on the ground floor, and a forage store above; and another small brick building, paved yard, water works and water closets up and downstairs, etc."

Lot on Conti between Chartres and Levee streets, measuring 30' 8" by 150', bounded on one side by property formerly of Francois Duplessis. Property narrowing at a distance of 120' to a width of 29' 8"; with latter width it continues to the rear limits aforesaid. Mme. Perilliat acquired this property from the public sale of her husband's goods, held March 11, 1830 by Zenon Cavalier and Guillaume Marmiche, testamentary executors of Perilliat's estate.

Lot on Conti between Chartres and Levee, measuring 30' 8" front by 150' of depth, F.M., together with buildings, adjoining on one side the property of Mme. Widow Communy and on the other the property of Francois Duplessis. Proportions as described above. Acquired from the testamentary executor of the estate of Joseph Decuir.

Note: Trudeau plan not located. Note: Here the lot becomes part of a larger portion of land, which was sold off in two pieces at different times by Duplessis.

Lot exchanged for a sum of money and the ship named the "Amiable Celeste," now named by the purchaser "Sarah." Said lot as described above.
