Bounded on the Bienville Street side by the property of Mr. Banks and on the other side by that of Mr. Leverich. This site was acquired by Mr. Marigny in two portions. The two portions of land which compose this site had been sold by Bernard Marigny, one to Pierre Lacestiere Labarre and the other to Francois Pascalis Labarre by two acts, both before L. T. Caire, August 20, 1832. But these two acts of sale had been annulled, and the said two portions of land retroceded by the said Messrs. Pierre and Francois Labarre to Mr. Marigny by two acts, both on April 1, 1833, before L. T. Caire.

Also five slaves. He names his wife, Rose Angelin as tutrix of his two children, and wishes her to have the usufruct of all his goods and requests that the children do not alienate their paternal share until they come of age.
