Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
No change: yellow. One-story masonry structure, designed in the early 20th century to blend in with its neighboring Exchange Alley arcade buildings. [N.B: The Vieux Carré Commission evaluations give this address as 313-315 Exchange Alley and the previous lot's as 307-311 Exchange. However, the Sanborn Map shows the two lots as having the addresses 315 (understood) and 309-313 respectively; the current (2009) owners use the addresses 315 and 311(-313), respectively.]
