Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
Main -- yellow; rear addition -- brown : to : main -- green; rear addition -- brown. A 3-story masonry Greek Revival building, perhaps designed by James zacharie, who owned the property between 1825-30. Although the building received some façade modifications c. 1870 and had its rear extended in the 20th century, it appears to be the same building described in an 1840 notarial act.
