Loarge two-story brick commercial building, one in a row of three such buildings that were constructed c. 1847 by builder Francis D. Gott. The corner building retains its wraparound balcony (rather than being replaced by a gallery) and its handsome wooden cornice. The original ground floor openings of these Greek Revival buildings would have consisted of a side-hall entrance and two square-headed window openings.
