Original Act: 37/281-282-283. Inherited from their father. "Gabriel Vanzini died April 28, 1857, leaving as his sole and surviving heirs two children, Anne Marie and Joseph Vanzini. Anne Marie died the wife of Dr. Jules Heller and left an only child Marie Heller. Before Guillaume Bruin, a Notary at Bellinzona, Canton of Tessin, Switzerland on the 3rd of June 1878, Dr. Heller acting as tutor of his said minor child, sold and transferred to Giuseppe Vanzini all the interest of his said child in and to the property left by her maternal grandfather, Gabriel Vanzini.
