Testament of Sebastian Ferrer, legitimate son of Augustin Ferrer and Mme. Isabel Funir. It is stated in this document that a house constructed in brick situated at the corner of Bourbon and Conti streets was acquired from the Sheriff, Mr. Cenas, June 24, 1808, in the matter of the Syndic of the Creditors of John Poultney and the property of Jean Louis Isnard. The whole is composed of a cabaret at the corner of Bourbon and Conti streets.

"A lot situated at the corner of Bourbon and Conti streets, measuring 60' front on Bourbon Street by 120' on Conti Street, bounded by lots of the purchaser and of Rosa Jung, free mulatress."
