Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:

No change: green. Small, single two-bay masonry cottage and detached service building (c. 1835) with one-half of a hipped roof, with a gable end, where it once abutted another building. It probably is the revamping of one-half of a four-bay Creole cottage which by 1876 had already had one-half destroyed, perhaps by fire.
