Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:

Old rating: green; new rating: blue. This sophisticated design, which combines Louisiana Colonial and American influences, has been attributed to François Correjolles, c. 1830-31. This building, which has a square layout, has a purely French front façade and floor plan. (Note: The center carriageway is flanked by a small, ground floor shop, rear loggia, and cabinets). The interior millwork shows the early Greek Revival style as it mingles with Federal and Louisiana Colonial designs. This property was renovated during the early to mid-1980s as a single family dwelling.
