Lot No. 3 measures 18' 3" 4''' front on Chartres St., 18' 2" in width in the rear by a depth on the side line of Lot 2 of 43' 0" 4''' and a depth on the side line of Lot 4 of 43' 0" 0'''. Lots 2 and 3 have use of garages off common alley at rear of Lot 1, measuring together 6' 6" 4''' by 4' 3", called D and E on Orr survey, 1961.
