And next on Royal St. to the lot hereinabove secondly described. 4. A lot on St. Louis St. next the corner measuring 59' 8" on St. Louis St. by an irregular depth on the side nearest Royal St. 76' on a width of 21' and on the sid eof Chartres St. a depth of 120' on a width of 38' 8". 5. A lot situated on St. Louis St. measuring 30' front by a depth of 150' between parallel lines. 6. A lot of ground measuring 30' front on St. Louis St. by 150' depth b.p.l. 7.
