Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
Green with blue stripes : to : new rating: green. One of three buildings constructed in 1827 by Jean Chaigneau for Honoré Landreaux, who also constructed the cottage at 613-15 Dumaine in the rear garden for their daughter's wedding gift, this two-story Creole style building with kitchen, both of which were renovated in the early 1980s, retains its original design, including ground floor arched openings with barred transoms and upper level French doors with fine transoms.
