Philippe Aime Le Goaster from the Succession of his parents, Elizabeth Gaillard and Erasme Le Goaster.
Act reads, "Erasme Le Goaster is widower by first marriage of Elizabeth Gaillard whom he married in New Orleans in 1814, without having and marriage contract drawn between them. He and his wife were both citizens of the State of Louisiana. Mrs. Le Goaster died in the month of March of the year 1848, leaving as her sole and only heir Aime Le Goaster, her son, the present purchaser. After her death no inventory was made. The immovable property hereinafter designated was acquired by Erasme Le Goaster during the time of this marriage. The property included a house situated in the square of the City of New Orleans on St. Philip Street, between Royal and Chartres, and was purchased by Erasme Le Goaster from Charles Hatrel on September 12, 1836."
