George Pollock was Port Warden; he was married to Elina Miltenberger. A lot of ground together with all buildings, on the north side of Dumaine Street, bounded by the properties of the vendor and the Succession of Veillon, and in the rear by the property of Joseph Pilie. Plan of Joseph Pilie annexed to this act shows a main house of brick, a corridor on the side next to the Veillon property, a courtyard, and a brick kitchen in the rear.

Renato Carlos Amelin, legitimate son of Geronimo Hamelin and Renata Vienne, both of Romagny and deceased, after entrusting his soul to God, etc. makes his will as follows: He declares that Julian Vienne is his associate, act issued by P. Pedesclaux [no date] and that all the properties listed as his are owned jointly by him and Vienne. He leaves to his sister Jacqueline Amelin 3,000 strong pesos, and 1,000 pesos to each one of Mr. Vienne's daughters, Maria de la Concepcion and Luisa. He names his associate Julian Vienne as his testamentary executor and sole heir, instructing him to dissolve the company after his death.
