Lot with buildings.

George Pollock was Port Warden; he was married to Elina Miltenberger. A lot of ground together with all buildings, on the north side of Dumaine Street, bounded by the properties of the vendor and the Succession of Veillon, and in the rear by the property of Joseph Pilie. Plan of Joseph Pilie annexed to this act shows a main house of brick, a corridor on the side next to the Veillon property, a courtyard, and a brick kitchen in the rear.

Lot of ground with buildings forming the corner of Royal and Dumaine streets, 80' front on Royal by 120' of depth on Dumaine.

The property was adjudged to her with the advice of the Auditor, and by decree of Marquis Casa-Calvo, Governor of the Province of Louisiana under Spanish Domination, December 16, 1800, which is to be found in the testamentary acts of her said husband initialed "Year of 1799--Testamentaria [sic] del difunto Capitan Graduado Tent. [teniente?] de la Compania de Artilleria de Milicias de esta Provincia, Don Julian Vienne," which papers are deposited in the office of Christoval de Armas, N.P.

Renato Carlos Amelin, legitimate son of Geronimo Hamelin and Renata Vienne, both of Romagny and deceased, after entrusting his soul to God, etc. makes his will as follows: He declares that Julian Vienne is his associate, act issued by P. Pedesclaux [no date] and that all the properties listed as his are owned jointly by him and Vienne. He leaves to his sister Jacqueline Amelin 3,000 strong pesos, and 1,000 pesos to each one of Mr. Vienne's daughters, Maria de la Concepcion and Luisa. He names his associate Julian Vienne as his testamentary executor and sole heir, instructing him to dissolve the company after his death.
