This property belongs to the community of goods that existed between the said Philogene Viala and his wife, (now his widow), because of the acquisition made during the existence of said community in two separate acts. This property to-day belongs to Mme. Widow Viala, for an undivided moiety for being the community of good between herself and her late husband; and the other six heirs for the other undivided moiety conjointly. All having been put in possession by decree of the Fourth District Court, November 12, 1866.
