Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
No change: green. C. 1836 2-story building divided into two units, each with its own semi-attached two-story kitchen (placed in a back-to-back configuration) and its own side pedestrian passageway. Note the asymmetrical arrangement of the six ground floor openings and the four upper openings. (The 1876 Sanborn Map shows this property with a central passageway, and by 1896 with two side passageways.)
