Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:

Yellow with green stripes to green. See 713-15 Toulouse. This one-half of the building retains its original arched openings on the ground floor and hung sash windows on the upper floors. 713-15 Toulouse: Yellow with green stripes to green. One half of a c. 1834 Transitional style 3½-story brick building, which has the unusual feature of both dormers and attic frieze windows. The ground floor openings of this portion of the double building have been slightly altered, and the original triple-hung windows on the second floor have been replaced by awkward casements.
