This act includes both adjoining Lot No. 18656 amd 18655. Described as "two contiguous stores."

"...a lot of ground... on Toulouse between Royal and Bourbon, measuring F.M., 40' front on Toulouse by a depth of 60'... Bounded on Royal Street side by property of Mr. Brigot [sic: Bizot] and on the Bourbon Street side by property of Mrs. Widow Louis Castin: Together with the brick house with upper stories divided into two dwellings, brick kitchen and other structures." "This property belongs to the community existing between the said Mr. and Mrs. Lacoste by means of an acquisition by the said Mr. Lacoste from Mr. Pierre Arricau by an act passed before Philippe Pedesclaux... January 9, 1818. By an act passed before Octave de Armas... Dated February 18, 1833; the said Mr. Lacoste had sold the lot of ground to Mr. Charles Janin of this city, and by another act passed before the same notary on March 8, 1834, the said Mr. Janin retroceded the said property to Mr. Lacoste. The house is in good condition, roofed in shingles, and is bounded on one side by the house of Andres Reynard, and on the other by that of Joseph Birot, [sic: Bizot]."
