Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
No change -- brown. 3-story commercial building, which, before a remodeling that included the addition of full-length balconies on the Bourbon Street façade, had nice Art Deco entrances on both street façades and only one small balcony on the Bourbon Street façade. Today the building appears as an unsuccessful rendition of a 19th-century building.
