Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
Proposed change: main and service -- yellow with green stripes; courtyard additions -- brown : to : main and service -- pink; courtyard additions -- brown. C. 1830 2-story Transitional style townhouse which Sanborn Maps show once served as a double residence. Currently the subject of demolition by neglect, the building has lost much of its original detailing.
