Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
No change: main -- yellow; rear service building -- green; rear addition to the main building -- brown. C. 1890 frame cottage in the simple Queen Anne style with a later 20th-century infill section on the Bourbon St. side of the main structure. The detached 2-story brick service building dates from 1830-40 and belonged with an earlier Creole cottage on the property.
