Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
No change: main and rear service building -- green; rear addition -- yellow. Oversized dormers and a typical Greek Revival street entrance dominate the façade of this c. 1864 masonry 1½-story side-hall cottage. The wooden front stoop, which was removed in 1985, is currently the subject of litigation.
