Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
No change -- green. An elegant c. 1829 3-story brick townhouse with side passageway and attached 3-story brick kitchen constructed by the builder Joachim Courcelle for Pierre Dubertrand. C. 1850 the structure was updated with the addition of double cast iron galleries and the recessed pilastered entrance. The property is a 1979 façade donation.
