[N.B: At the time that these chains of title were abstracted for the VCS, the two distinct buildings at 518 Dauphine and 520-522 Dauphine belonged to the same lot (Lot 18711).] [518 Dauphine] Proposed change: main and shed -- yellow; courtyard infill -- brown : to : main and shed -- green. The rear infill has been demolished. A c. 1872, 2-bay, brick-fronted shotgun cottage, which was renovated in 1985. [520-522 Dauphine] Proposed change: main and rear -- yellow; courtyard infill -- brown : to : main and rear buildings -- green. The rear infill has been demolished. A c. 1872, 4-bay, brick-fronted shotgun cottage which, along with the detached shed, was renovated in 1985. It was done so at the same time as the matching building at 518 Dauphine.
