Portion of gorund measuring 45' fronting on Dauphine Street by a depth of 118', bounded on one side by the Widow Constant and on the other by Chalinette Duval. Note: On May 4, 1869 Mme. Solidelle Le Gardeur Deynoodt purchased from Williams Watts Sherman a lot measuring 45' front on Dauphine Street by 118' of depth, F.M. In this transaction of March 15, 1872 Mme. Deynoodt sold off the front portion of the lot, measuring 45' front on Dauphine by 60' of depth, F.M., to Pierre Navailles, while she reserved the rear portion for herself and presently sold it to Eugene Gustave Durel. At that time it became the rear of Lot No. 18707, or present-day 831 St. Louis St.
