Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
Main and service building -- green; courtyard addition -- brown : to : main and service remain green, but brown-rated courtyard additions are gone. This nice Transitional style townhouse, which has a porte-cochere entrance with Greek Revival detailing, was constructed c. 1835-40. The narrow wrought iron balcony is covered by a c. 1850 cast iron canopy.
