Wenck, annexed hereto, measuring 21' 7" front on Dumaine Street, 64' 6" depth on the side line towards Dauphine Street, and having an irregular depth on the opposite side line, (starting from Dumaine Street, on the center line of the dividing wall to its end.) of 39' 2", thence diagonally 4' adjoining the fence line, which is projected on the center line alley, marked "D" on a sketch by H. L. Zander, Engineer and Surveyor, August 19, 1906, annexed to an act before E. Stafford, N. P., May 4, 1910, and a third depth of 21' 4" joining the rear line by a depth on the rear line of 23' 4" 2'''.
