Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
No change: green. One in a row of 3, 2½-story masonry townhouses and detached 3-story kitchens constructed c. 1833 for Pierre Urbain Forestier, this building, like its neighbors, retains much of its original detailing, including a fine wooden cornice. It, however, unlike the others, still has arched openings, some of which have been shortened.
