Note: The lot presently sold is a part of a much larger portion of land purchased from Jean Paillet, according to an act before Pierre Pedesclaux, former notary passed March 18, 1789, which act of sale was passed in favor of the vendress under the name of Feliciane Dubreuil, by error; according to another act before the notary Pedesclaux, the present vendress using her own true name sold a part of this larger tract purchased from Mr. Paillet, to Mr. Joseph Costa.
