It is sold "together with a two-story house of 8 rooms on the first floor and an entry and a vestibule or office; 4 rooms and a vestibule on the second floor, and two rooms in the attic. Another three-story brick building having a kitchen and 2 cellars below and 3 rooms in each of the above stories; a brick shed in the yard, well, waterworks, privy, paved yard, etc. See plan at the Exchange."

Original Act: 10/21, 22. A lot at the corner of Rampart, measuring 72' facing Rampart by 110' on St. Peter. [N.B. This act also contains an inventory of a cabin in the ship "Creole", in which Marie Dejan died at sea on May 23, 1833. A complete catalogue of this cabin's contents was made after the boat landed at Le Havre, France.]

"That parcel of ground situated on the northwest side of St. Peter Street between Burgundy and Rampart streets, having F.M. 31' 6" front on the former street by 71' 9", bounded on the Rampart Street side by property of [Felix de Armas], and on the other side by property of Francois Boisdore, f.m.c., together with all the buildings and improvements thereon."

Lot B. "All that parcel of ground situated in this city having F.M. 18' 1" front on the north side of St. Peter Street between Rampart and Burgundy, and extending in depth between parallel lines, 71' 9"...bounded on the Rampart Street side by the property of [Felix de Armas] and on the other side by property of [Pierre Isaac Bongue]." A building contract between Felix de Armas, owner, and John McCleary, builder, for a two-story brick house at Rampart and St. Peter streets. It calls for a flat-tile roof, if tiles can be had, and otherwise slate, $8,000. [N.B. Felix de Armas acquired this lot, measuring F.M. 72' by 110', in three separate portions. These included lot A (No. 19042, No. 19043), lot B (No. 19044) and lot C (No. 19045).]

Lot B and lot C. "All that lot of ground situated in this city, having F.M. 59' more or less on St. Peter Street, northwest side between Rampart and Burgundy, by 72' of depth, more or less, [and] bounded by [the] property of Felix de Armas and Francois Boisdore together with all the buildings and improvements thereon." [N.B. Jean Baptiste Coffy was manumitted by the Widow Castillon in a notarial act of Charles de Armas, N.P., June 24, 1818. He was sole heir to his sister, Mariane Coffy, f.w.c.]
