Lot 1. Lot measures 24' 4" more or less front on Decatur St. by 119' 4" on the line which divides it from the property of the late Baptiste Azaretto, 118' 9" in depth dividing it from Lot 2 and narrowing in the rear so as to measure only 14' 11" on the rear line. Lot X commences 81' 2" from the corner of Decatur St. and Esplanade Ave. Municipal No. 1311 Decatur St. Survey by Guy J. Seghers, C.E., July 23, 1965, annexed before David L. Herman, N.P., Aug. 17, 1965, shows said portion of ground comprises parcels W, X, and Y on the aforesaid Seghers plan and commences at point B which lies at a distance of 2' 1" from Decatur St. on a line parallel with Esplanade Ave., thence running in the direction of Chartres St. from point B to point O, a distance of 95' 11" 4''', thence on a line parallel to Decatur St. and running in the direction of Barracks St. from point D to point E a distance of 6' 7" 4''' thence on a diagonal line running in the direction of Chartres St. from point E to point F a distance of 21' 4" 1''', thence on a line parallel to Decatur St. and running in the direction of Barracks St. from point F to point G, a distance of 1' 2" 4''', thence on a diagonal line adjacent to Lot 1 on the Esplanade Ave. side and running in the direction of Decatur St. from point G to point B, the point of beginning, a distance of 117' 7" 0'''.

Establishing of Restriction and Quit Claim. H. S. Enterprises, Inc. and Meyer Barton declared that Meyer Barton is owner of Lot X. Lot commences 81' 2" from the intersection of Decatur and Esplanade Ave., measuring 48' 6" 6''' front on Decatur St. 119' 4" 3''' on the side line nearer Barracks St., 98' 0" 5''' by 1st depth on the side line nearer Esplanade Ave., thence in the direction of Barracks St. 6' 7" 4''', thence a 2nd depth on the same side of 21' 4" 1''' and a width in the rear of 40' 9". H. S. Enterprises, Inc. is owner of Lot Z. All on a plan by Guy J. Seghers, C.E. & S., Feb. 12, 1971. A portion of the rear line of Lot X and a portion of the side line of Lot Z on the side nearer Decatur St. is one of the common boundary lines between the 2 properties. H. S. Enterprises, Inc. does quit claim and abandons any right to W. X and Y on the plan above.

Property exchange. Old Lot No. 5 and Lot K were exchanged for other properties. Lot K was subdivided in accordance with a plan of E. L. Eustis, April 8, 1960, registered COB 635/593, wherein the rear portion of said Lot K was tacked on to Lot 2 fronting Esplanade Ave. and the remainder of Lot K was then designated Lot Y.

Act of Transfer. Miss Blanche Phillips, executrix of the last will and testament of Pauline Braun Phillips does convey an Act of Transfer, since there was a partnership agreement between Mrs. Pauline Phillips, now deceased, and Moris H. Phillips, Isaac Phillips and Jacob Phillips, dated Jan. 1, 1922. One eighth interest was purchased by Jacob Phillips during the life of Mrs. Pauline Phillips, and paid for by him. This act is to confirm the sale of said 1/8 interest heretofore and the remaining 1/8 (a total of 1/4).
