Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
No change: front -- green; rear additions -- yellow. This small two-story, two-bay masonry townhouse has rear additions made first between 1876 and 1896 and then additionally in the early 20th century. The cast iron balcony, which is entered onto through French doors, is a later addition.
