Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:

No change: green. This three-story masonry porte-cochere townhouse was constructed in the 1840s. The property has two brick service buildings in the rear yard, i.e., an originally two-story one situated horizontally at the rear of the property and a three-story one extending perpendicularly from the main building. A wooden portion of the three-story service ell extends over the two-story kitchen, indicating that the rear two-story service building predates the main building and semi-attached service ell. The property currently (1988) is being renovated.
