Lot No. 1 forms the corner and measures 20' 3" front on Quartier [Barracks] by a depth and front on Bourgoyne [Burgundy] of 75'. Together with the buildings on said several parcels of ground. These four lots were part of original Lot No. 31 on the Tanesse Surveys of 1810 and 1816, and were subject to ground rent to the city. Note: Prior to the above transaction this property was part of a larger portion of ground that today comprises Lots No. 23035, 23036, 23037, 23038 and 23034.
