Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
No change: brown (shed structure). This property has composed part of Cabrini Playground since late 1930s. Before that, the area was the site of assorted noteworthy, early and late 19th-century buildings and McDonogh School No. 15 (Barracks Street). All existing structures were demolished to make way for the playground.
