Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
Main -- green; rear additions -- brown : to : main -- green; garage structure (Ursulines) -- orange. At the time evaluations were updated, the brown-rated rear additions had been demolished. The first floor of the 2-story, masonry, corner commercial building, which has millwork in the Greek Revival style, dates to around the mid-19th century. Its second floor, however, was added c. 1880-1890.
