Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:
Yellow (changed from brown, 1982) : to : green. This 2-story Edwardian frame townhouse actually is a c. 1855, 2-story galleried structure, which was constructed for the wife of Pierre G.T. Beauregard. In 1902, one of its many subsequent owners added a new section in front of the original cottage, which was set back from the street. The new front addition combines elements of the Queen Anne and the Colonial Revival styles.
