The sum of $109,015.00 represents a note and mortgage in favor of Citizens Homestead Association transferred from A. Remy Fransen, Jr. and Eugenie Bertot to Lawrence D. At the conclusion of the partition, which also involved several other lots, the properties of Fransen and Bertot were unequal to those of Wiedmann and Anderson by a total of $572.00.
